Our Foundation

• Started with Henry Saglio
• Founder of Arbor Acres Farm and Avian Farms
• Wanted to create hardier more robust chicken
• Restore natural immune function to the modern
  broiler and broiler breeder

Henry Saglio was credited at his induction
ceremony into the Agriculture Hall of Fame by
USDA as being the father of the modern chicken
industry

Our Structure

• Assets and breeding lines were acquired by
  Centurion Poultry Inc (CPI) in 2008
• CPI corporate headquarters are located in
  Lexington, Georgia
• Primary Breeding and genetic selection continues
  to be carried out in Connecticut
• A new state of art multiplication farm
  constructed and located in Georgia
