• TOs SPGs RTOs WECC (TEPPC)
• FERC is aware of TEPPC PCC roles
• All benefit as TEPPC PCC coordinate roles and
  responsibilities and describe a single integrated
  planning process

Congestion Metrics

• TAS to offer workshop this month
• WECC/DOE funded study using OATI bi-directional
  data on 30 paths (HAWG)
• Feed into DOE 2009 congestion study
• Provide better analytical framework for SPGs,
  TEPPC and WECC
