4 Phase 2 Realized activities - First semester
The first semester started at foreseen time and
it is finished quite successfully 5 curricula
and teaching material were finalized In the
realization of 1. semestre contributed 10
professors and 3 assistants

7Phase 2 BH Coordination body regular meetings
- The first CB meeting was held at 04.05.07 in
Banja Luka aimed to checking of M.A. curricula,
specially staff involvement and formation of QA
projects groups. The working groups for each
module were enlarged with suitable BH teachers.
Quality assurance group have been organize as
well - The second CB meeting was held before the first
semester start in 15.10.200. in Mostar aimed to
fix timetable of first semester and discussed
students enrolment and program curricula.
Equipment purchasing discussed as well. - The third CB meeting will held at 19. March in
Sarajevo aimed to evaluate all project activities
during realizations of I semester, especially to
identified problems during I semester how could
it be solvent for next semester - The fourth CB meeting was held at 07.11.2008 in
Banja Luka aimed to discusses - Students mobility to EU Universities
- Printing and 6 books issue and peer review of
books
8Phase 2 - Equipment
- In frame of Project follow equipment have already
bought - 13 books pro each University means 39 books and
they are registered in universities library with
inventory number - Set laptop projector pro each University one
more projector for University Sarajevo means 3
laptop and 4 projectors - 2 PC pro each University means 6 PC

9Phase 3 First students Workshop
- The first student workshop was held on the April
30th 2008 on the Faculty of Agriculture and Food
Sciences in Sarajevo. - It was organised with the aim to enable students
to select a science field and suggest the most
suitable EU university for their studies. - Rrepresentatives of universities from Hochenheim,
Paris and Vienna presented their institutions - Through the presentations students had the
opportunity to learn about the range of material
resources which each of the partner institutions
have at their disposal. - Also, the students were offered information on
different scientific areas and topics for their
master thesis and potential professors who could
serve as mentors on various partner institutions.

11Phase 3 The second students workshop
- The second students workshop was held on Octobar,
11st 2008 on the Faculty of Agriculture and Food
Sciences in Sarajevo. - The aim of this workshop was to define master
work topic . The focus will be on experiments and
research based work. This is one of the most
important outputs of the project. The students
and mentors together will fix the time for the
stay at the EU universities. - Students have expressed some real problem
- Most of them don't have final master topic.
- Only three of them exactlly knew what they will

12Phase 3 The second students workshop
- After this workshop students become more active
and they mada a contact to EU professor - It was fruitfuly

available electronically or hard version - Implemented postgraduate study included into the
framework of regular academic education (Until
now most of module of the first semester of this
M.A. program have established as regular module
in new Bolonga oriented post diploma curse on
University of Sarajevo). - Internal project quality assurance system

15Presentation of BEFIT
- On the 11th and 12th of April 2008, a
consultation was held with following topic - The reform of higher education and application
of Bologna principals on the University in
Sarajevo. - As part of the consultations, Tempus project
CD_JEP_40035 was introduced,prof. dr. Esma
velagic Habul and dr.sc. Nermina Spaho has
presented the experiences so far in the process
of the implementation of graduate study as part
of the above mentioned project, according to the
Bologna principals. - This presentation aroused interest of colleges
from other Faculties, which lead to a discussion
about many issues concerning the implementation
of Bologna system in the second cycle of studies.
