Micah and Liz

• Micah and I met on January 1, 2001
• We met at a New years party he was having
• We only dated for about a week before he went to
  Virginia for training (marines)
• We talked every night on the phone for a month
  until he came home

Iraq

• On February of 2003 he was deployed for Iraq
• I wrote to him everyday he was gone, and I would
  send him care packages about twice a month
• Note to self Never watch Fox 11 when loved ones
  are away at war, and dont listen to sad country
  songs about the war ?!

Proposal

• I was really surprised when he actually asked me
  even though I knew we would always get married
• We had a really short engagement, so we all had
  to plan things really fast

• I looked around everywhere for the perfect cake
• I like simplicity, so I didnt want a lot of
  designs

• White frosting with a white trim
• Pearls all over
• White chocolate and raspberry filling
• Butter cream frosting

• Marine (Corporal) and his bride
• It is so hard to find a brunette bride and a
  blonde groom
• My Aunt had to paint highlights on my cake topper

• I bought all of the dresses at Davids Bridal
• They are all in the apple color
• The bridesmaids dresses are b-neck halter
  dresses, with embroidery down the back
• My Maid Of Honor is going to wear a strapless
  pick up dress with a ribbon around the middle

  biscotti (for the appetizer).
• There are 40 guests and that includes are
  immediate family and everyone in our wedding

• Ingles Florist is doing our flowers
• My bouquet is all red roses
• My Bridesmaids are all going to have white roses
• My Maid Of Honor is going to have red and white
  roses

Bachelorette Party

• My Bridesmaids are planning it since my Maid of
  Honor is only 14
• But, my little sister made the shirts we are
  going to wear for the night
• The bridesmaids are going to wear hot pink shirts
  with bridesmaid written in black
• The Maid Of Honor is going to wear a black shirt
  with hot pink writing
• I am going to wear a white shirt with hot pink
  writing

• The women in my family are going to wear red
  dresses with white corsages
• The men are going to wear tuxes with red
  buttoners

Ceremony

• My two grandpas are gong to walk me half way down
  the aisle and my Dad is going to walk me the
  other half

  of the church for everyone in the wedding party
