Educational reform process on Universities
We should raise the quality of higher education
and research in B-H, significantly increase the
number of people with access to higher education,
and ensure the full participation of the
universities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the
European Higher Education Area, by
  • Giving universities autonomy in decision-making
and ensuring accountability to their stakeholders
for the quality of their teaching the welfare of
their students the standard of their research
the professional development of their staff and
    cost-effectiveness of their administrative and
    management operations
  • Improving the quality of university-level
teaching and learning, with a view to achieving
standards consistent with practices elsewhere in
    Europe
  • Fostering the mobility of students and academics
    within B-H and abroad
  • Promoting research that will improve the
academic process and support social and economic
    development

Educational reform process on Universities
B-H on September, 18 of 2003 in Berlin formally
submitted adequate documentation and approached
Bologna process. B-H therefore commited that
it will with other countries by 2010 work in
creating European area of higher education. In
order to fullfill its promises and contribute in
Bologna process, B-H needs to complete reform of
its educational system, which will be in
accordance with European higher education
systems. Bologna process offers checked
frame for the reform of higher education and
reform of Universities. Bosnia and Herzegovina
should assimilate and apply basic legalities of
this process, so that its universities become a
part of the European area of higher education.

My expectations
  • I will try to bring Japanese methods of teaching
and learning to my country, and I hope it
will help us to create better CURICULUM and more
effective lessons in area of mathematics and
    informatics
  • With this course I would like to improve my
knowledge in web-site developing. In that way
I will be able to produce such web-sites in
    corporation with other mathematics and
    informatics teachers and professional
    programmers.
  • Also, with this course I would like to improve
my knowledge in appliance of basics of
e-learning in mathematics lessons. This page
(web-site), of course, will enable two way
communications with constant feedback from its
    users
  • My wish is that future mathematics students of
Faculty of Education should know how to apply
the methods witch this course will develop.
