Title: The Fuel Product has the simple requirement that 100% of the charges on the receipt must be for fuel

1
  • The Fuel Product has the simple requirement that
100 of the charges on the receipt must be for
fuel (gas or diesel). It cannot contain candy
bars, oil or anything else. The receipt is
disqualified if it contains more than fuel
purchases. The consumer must spend a 100 or
more in fuel per month from their chosen gas
station to earn their Visa card.

2
  • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All food stores, gas stations, pharmacies,
retailers, sport venues, spas, restaurants, and
movie theaters participate in this program.
There are no exclusions. Consumers may get all
eight products over the course of a year, but
they are only permitted one of each product per
twelve (12) month period. In other words, they
cannot obtain two of any one product during the
    course of any twelve-month period.
  • Every month, once purchases total 100 or more,
the consumer must mail those original receipts
    with that months coupon.
  • Only original receipts may be submitted, with the
name of the store and the date of purchase
clearly visible. If the store name or date is
difficult to read, the consumer may handwrite the
name and/or date on the front of their receipt.
  • Submissions (receipts and coupons) must be
postmarked by the end of the calendar month
    matching the coupon month.
  • Receipts must be from the same grocery store, gas
company, etc. throughout the entire redemption
period, with the exception of the dining rebate
    product as noted above.
  • The consumer is given a one month grace period,
after which they are disqualified from the
program. In other words, a consumer is allowed a
do-over one time during the redemption period.
If during a particular month they fail to submit
their receipts, or if they are disqualified, they
will be notified that they are disqualified for
that month, but they will be given a chance to
redeem during the next month. If they fail to
submit receipts or are disqualified during a
second month, then they are disqualified from the
    program.
  • The 10 or 25 redemption is in the form of a
    Visa Gift card.
  • The consumer may use their Visa Gift card to
reach their 100 monthly minimum requirement at
    pre-selected stores.
  • Multiple same day receipts are not permitted,
except as noted above for the pharmacy rebate
product. One receipt for the entire 100 is
permitted, as are multiple receipts adding up to
    100 within the same month.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS Each consumer that
obtains a certificate will need to pursue the
following registration process. The consumer
simply goes to www.ClaimYourVisaCards.com and
enters the password found on their certificate.
That password identifies which of the eight
products they have selected and in which
denomination plus which registration model (10
refundable fee or no fee). Once this number is
entered into www.ClaimYourVisaCards.com , the
customer will be routed to My Free Travel (known
as certing the cert), where they will fill out a
one-minute registration document. This document
does not ask intrusive questions as the My Free
Travel Rebate Program is not selling this
information to anyone, resulting in spam mail,
telemarketing and other intrusive behavior. All
questions must be completed during the
registration process or the certificate is
disqualified. The consumer then prints out a
Registration Validation Form, which must be
signed whether there is a 9.95 registration fee
or not. The Registration Validation Form along
with the refundable registration fee to activate
the coupons (if required) must be postmarked
within five (5) days of the registration date.
Postmarks later than five days or Registration
Validation Forms received without the required
refundable registration fee are disqualified. The
consumer also prints out ALL (100) of their
monthly coupons/vouchers, which are available for
use beginning the next month. For example, if
you register in October, you may not redeem your
first coupon until November. Coupons received
prior to this date are invalid. While the
consumer is waiting to receive confirmation that
their Registration Validation Form is approved,
they can begin collecting receipts for the next
month as long as the date on the receipts are for
the next month and match the month on the
coupon/voucher. Once the consumer fulfills the
Specific Product Terms and General Terms
Conditions as noted above, they simply mail their
receipts along with the correct monthly
coupon/voucher to the address indicated. The
postmark on the envelope must be within the same
month as the month of the coupon/voucher. Within
4-6 weeks, the consumer will receive their Visa
Gift card or if declined, notification of the
decline. If the consumer does not have access
to a computer, the consumer mails in their
certificate along with a 4.50 processing fee to
the designated address. (Rebate Processing
Center, My Free Travel, 2531 Division Street
Suite 105, Joliet, IL 60435). Once received,
My Free Travel will send the customer their
Registration Validation Form along with all of
their coupons/vouchers. Once the customer
receives this information, they sign the
Registration Validation Form and submit with a
9.95 refundable registration fee (if required).
While they await confirmation via the mail, they
can begin collecting receipts for the
corresponding coupon/voucher as long as the month
on the receipts match the month on the
coupon/voucher.
