• What An investment of 31 million dollars
  granted to eight organizations to begin 168 new,
  small, diploma-granting alternative high schools
  that will increase educational opportunities for
  vulnerable youth to graduate from high school
  prepared for college, work and citizenship.

  African American and Latino students graduate
