Curriculum/Job Specific Tools

• This category does NOT require you to use a
  specific lesson plan.
• These are items that YOU use with your classes.
  Simply write up what you did, write up an
  assessment of how it went and include samples of
  your work.

  Calculators, Accelerated Reader, Star Reading,
  Understanding Math or any other software that you
  use to enhance your instruction or as a
  productivity tool specific for your curriculum.

• It can include Internet Research, using an
  electronic encyclopedia on the computer or any
  other on-line reference source.

• This category involves creating a multimedia
  project using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• This category covers any details on operating a
  computer.
• You do NOT actually need to go to the lab to
  complete this project!!

  computers, computer pioneers, etc.

• It could be that you create a PowerPoint
  presentation to introduce a unit to your
  students or you may use a Videodisc to enhance a
  unit of instruction

• This involves teaching the students to use the
  Internet.
• There may be similar activities in this category
  and Electronic Research make sure you use a
  different lesson in each category (you cant
  count one lesson for two projects).

  required.
• Using search strategies on the Internet,
  researching a topic, etc. are the types of things
  you can concentrate on here.
