• NESSTAR is a software suite that is rapidly
  gaining interest across the world before it is
  even released. This is due at the end of the
  year. The potential for creating a data-Web is
  of interest to many professional organisations,
  whether for end users who wish to find and
  combine many tools and resources at the desktop,
  or publishers who wish to increase the managed
  dissemination of data. The project can be
