General Questions
What is the reason to have Home Country Direct
Service?
  • HCD is the only possibility to earn money when
    customers are abroad.
  • Secure our customer relationship over the
    boarder.
  • Additional service for our citizens abroad.
  • HCD Service is very cost-oriented and comfortable
    service for our customers.
  • Offers our customers a Cashless and away from
    base product.
  • To have a complete product offering to our
    customers. Government fix maximum tariffs.
  • To meet customer demand from customers who travel
overseas and need a convenient way to make calls
    while travelling.
  • To help our tourists.
  • Service for customer abroad (traveller) as well
as for customers in our own country.
  • outbound - large number of tourists during summer
period, minorities abroad inbound - very low
traffic, as a full service provider needs to
offer HCD among other telecom services

Freephone Service?

advertisement and gives us small profit

the requests both from retail and wholesale
    customers

General Questions
Do you face any problems regarding declaring of
HCD minutes?
  • Sometimes, especially with countries that have a
    lot of nuisance calls.
  • The problems occur in the case when the
connection is opened in one direction only.
  • Yes. There are many discrepancies between
measured and declared minutes between carriers.
    Usually, it is about 30.
  • Not as much as previously reported. We still have
issues with regard to Nuisance calling.
  • Yes, we find some carriers under-declaring
compared with the traffic we measure.
  • Difference in way of measurement of HCD traffic
    e.g. including operating handling time.
  • Yes, some carriers are declaring network minutes
(no problems), some other are declaring billed
minutes (in some cases very low recovery rate -
