Grading Eggs for Interior Quality CDE Practice 8
This activity prepares students to grade eggs
based on interior quality, as used in the FFA
Poultry CDE. The student should first determine
the size of the air cell and click on the
appropriate choice. The second step is to click
on any interior defects of the egg. The final
step is to select the appropriate grade for the
egg shown.
