About myself

• My name is Alhaji
• 17 year old
• Attend Laurel high school
• Upcoming senior
• Wants to be a pilot or doctor
• Work at KFC restaurant
• Play for my high school soccer team
• Favorite music-rap

• Discuss how you feel about the course content you
  think you will be covering throughout these 3
  weeks. What did you find the most exciting? What
  did you like/dislike about the classes so far?
  What new things) did you learn?
• I am presently not comfortable with the course
  content because since day one I have been
  struggling to understand most of the things we
  have been doing, but I things it because of my
  computer skills, because I have been getting most
  of the help that I need but sometimes I still
  would understand it. I think I will be
  comfortable with the course content that we will
  be covering in the next two weeks, because am
  starting to understand some of the things that we
  are covering in week one. One of the thing that
  excite me the most is about our trip to NASA,
  because I like learning about things that have
  something to do with space. The thing that I find
  most interesting is that we can actually command
  an object to move in different locations when
  using the Microware program. So far I think I
  like every about the class, all the students are
  respectful and obedient to one another. The only
  thing that I do not like about the class is that
  I thing it is moving so fast. I have learned that
  we can command object on the computer just by
  typing how far we would the object to be and it
  degrees.

• All of the speakers we had were interesting and
  gave us most of the information we need to know
  about their field of students. I think the lady
  from the University of Maryland was

Goals Accomplishment

• Know the elements of problem solving, including
  key content identification, scientific literacy,
  habits of mind, and critical thinking and
  learning events involved in project development

Benefits/ experiences I gain from this class.

• This class makes me strong physically and
  mentally. Physically it makes me strong in doing
  thins that I was scraded to do, just because of I
  have no experience on it.
• Mentally it helps me to have the capability of
  learning how to be patience or not frustrated
  with things that confuse me. In this class I
  learned how to work with the most common things
  in computer, such as saving and opening documents
  and doing research on the web.

Comment on campus

• I am totally impressed with this campus. It
  provides a lot of interactive things for
  students. The atmosphere of the campus is well
  designed with smooth green grass.

Comment on field

• Most of the field trip were interesting,
  especially the NIST field trip which I think was
  more interesting than the rest of the field
  trips. Even though some of the field trips were
  not related to major, I think they give me an
  idea of the things to consider when choosing a
  job.
