Duties
  • Daily
  • Review the NAME04 monitoring products (see list
    on slide 6) from Scotts Personal Briefing
    Sequence (see slide 5 for web address) to make
    sure they are updated.
  • Participate in the daily FOC-SMN-NCEP briefing
    conference call (see summary on slide 4) for
    about 15 min.
  • Weekly
  • Attend the hazards briefing at 1000 am on Monday
    AM in Rm. 802 and consult with the CPC 6-10 day
    forecaster
  • Write up a summary of key monsoon features and
    post this in the JOSS/NAME Field Catalog (the
    password is cactus04) (see address on slide 7)
