• A marriage of SREBs Electronic Campus and the
  courses and programs of our colleges and
  universities with
• Xaps state Mentor systems (now deployed in 11 of
  the 16 SREB states, to create
• A full-service portal focused on the adult
  learner and e-learner, with specialized services
  not currently available.
