Sep. 2002, Company establishment
preparation Feb.1st, 2003, Company established
with the initial capital of 500,000RMB Mar. 2003,
joined offshore developing contract with Trading
system vendor in Japan Jun. 2003, increase
capital to 1,500,000RMB Sep. 2003, joined with
Shanghai JiaoTong Univ. and Shanghai Fisherise
Univ. to establish education center for training
japan offshore-developing engineer Dec.
2003,established Dragonsoft Co. Ltd. At British
Virgin Island and make shanghai Dragonsoft Co.
Ltd. As the 100 subsidiary of Dragonsoft BVI.
Jan. 2004, increased to 40 employee, transfer
office to LuJiaZhui sub park of PdDong software
park Sep.2004,joined the contact of monopoly
TIGER sales in china with Bradea Co. Ltd. May
2005,joined the contact of monopoly DevTrack
sales at south china with TechExcel Co. Ltd. Mar.
2005, created embeded developing team and joined
offshore developing contract with AnQ system Co.
Ltd. in US. Jan. 2006 signed corporation contract
with NTT Data on the outsourcing business June
2006, signed contract with Sony Shanghai for the
Consulting service on Sony internal management

  wholesale package, undertake system design,
  coding, UT, system testing, based on Solaris,
  Linux system (about 1200 man months).

  customer, porting system from OS390 to
  AS400(about 80 man months)
• Offshore development of DevTrack system for
  TechExcel Co. Ltd. in US,based on windows system
