• Objectives
• To increase resident recycling awareness and
  facilities
• To promote re-use schemes to halls
• To raise awareness about energy and water
  conservation / reuse mobile phones and IT
  equipment

Results from halls project

• 185 halls / 200 External recycling facilities
  and 10,000 Internal recycling bin
• Recycling in halls of residence 38 (Audit Report
  June 2006) when London is currently recycling 27
  
• Cost reduction from recycling collections
