Mixed land uses are better than large single land

Conclusion
  • We put a bike path for people who do not want to
drive a car and who want loose weight.
  • We replaced the warehouse with an open area for
    recreational purposes.
  • We replaced the gas station with an arcade to
promote less driving and pollution and more
    gaming, fun, and socializing.
  • We put more restaurants where the vacant
    buildings were.
