• What is plagiarism?
• You are plagiarising when you copy or
  paraphrase someone elses work or idea, then fail
  to acknowledge the creator in your work
• This applies to any intellectual property
• If youre unsure, discuss your concerns with a
  librarian or tutor before you submit work

• How do I avoid plagiarising?
• Write notes in your own words have confidence
  in your own work
• Make a full record of your source at the time you
  find the information
• If in doubt, clearly cite the original creator
  and give a full reference
