Damping Material
Motor Company uses asphalt deadener sheets for
its passenger vehicles to reduce noise and
vibration from engine and road surface. It is
very difficult to reduce unnecessary weight from
the deadener by changing freely their shapes.
There is also a damping performance limit in the
asphalt sheet due to its inherent material
properties. Therefore, a newly developed spray
damping material is proposed to replace these
weight and low damping asphalt sheets.
