  • Detailed process on how the Joint CDE
    Community/ Enterprise plans, coordinates,
    conducts, and assesses JE is needed EPG v 2.0
  • Concept Authors need help / guidance on how to
    develop experimentation plans and integrate
    efforts in JIE CPLAN
  • Need for better integration between Joint CDE and
    CBP processes
  • COCOMs are not adequately resourced to conduct
    Joint CDE or effective collaboration with the
    Joint CDE Enterprise
  • Reduce of lists and data calls (WFCs, IPLs,
    MPMIs, JUONs, COCOM Cdr Priorities, etc)
  • CPLAN with 3 or more year outlook preferred
