Dr Crummie Staff would like to wish all their

Cancer Awareness Weeks
Dr Premchand will be returning from Maternity
Leave on 6th Jan 2009. It is with regret we will
have to say goodbye to Dr Wallace and Dr Kitching
who have been an enormous help to the surgery
during this period. The surgery would like to
take this opportunity to wish them all the very
best for the future and a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for
their help!
The Healthy Cities Collaborative will be in the
Health Centre for 6 weeks every morning from 9am
until 11am covering the following topics- 1st
December for 2 weeks Bowel Cancer 15th December
for 2 weeks Breast Cancer 29th December for 2
weeks Lung Cancer PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL INTO
THE SURGERY DURING THESE TIMES. THERE WILL BE
QUIZZES, PRIZES, QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSIONS ETC

loss programme with either Slimming World,
Weightwatchers or Rosemary Conley. This is fully
funded by Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust.
If you succeed and lose 5 of your body weight
within 12 weeks, this entitles you to another 12
