  One must know what the correct appearance is.
• When Instructing a Cadet About His Appearance
• Ensure That Your Uniform and Appearance is Above
  Reproach
• Never Talk Down to the Cadet
• Point out his Deficiencies in a Low Voice, so as
  not to be Overheard by Other Cadets.
• Never Demean the Cadet
• Never Call Them a Slob
• Do not Point Out They are the Worst of the Worst
  
• Explain to the Cadet How to Correct the
  Deficiencies
• Offer Assistance to Help Them Correct their
  Deficiencies
