  • Presentation - A PowerPoint file.
  • Objects - building blocks for slides. Includes
    title, text, graphics, tables, charts,
    drawings.
  • Attributes - properties of characteristics of an
    object (format).

  • Bulleted Slide - most common slide consisting of
    a list of paragraphs, each preceded by a bullet.
  • Title Slide - first slide in a presentation.

Readability
  • Enhanced by manipulating 5 key elements
  • Font (Typeface) - collection of letters, numbers,
    symbols, punctuation with a particular design.
  • Point Size - how large or small the font appears
    on a slide (1 point 1/72 of inch in height).
  • LETTER CASE - use one case consistently in
    presentation (all lowercase, all uppercase, or
    all mixed).
  • Print Attributes - special formatting with text
    (bold, underline, italics, shadow, color).
  • Line Spacing - space before after a line or
    paragraph of text.
