Introduction
Daughters of daughters. The Collective of Te Puna
Oranga like women before them journeyed back into
the memories and consciousness of their
yesterdays to breath in all those elements that
had shaped and strengthened Te Puna Oranga to
what she is today. And with trusting
hearts the Collective let themselves be taken
into a process that gave them wings
to fly through profound revelations Such is the
quiet tenacity, stamina, honest beauty and
dignity of the Collective who still dare to dream
and be challenged with only one thing in mind and
thats to take the kaupapa into the future

And so her journey the kaupapa was told
Back in time under tree
quiet korero of women in plight just like Hine
Ahu One unfold In a time when this type of korero
was swept under the mat Pay Heed To the Dignity
of Women for they who came before us made it
their business to expose and bring out the
facts. And of cause that was not where it ended
but where Te Puna Oranga began Pay Heed
to the Dignity of Women who continually seek the
balance of life not for her own justified intent
but to whom she is devoted, the love of whanau,
hapu, iwi, me nga tangata katoa

And into the future we confidently go taking with
us the kaupapa from a time of long ago Together

what we do.
