The Beginning

• Chocolate is melted Let the fun Begin

• The Chocolate was molded and carved into the
  rough shape of the chefs body.

• The chefs pants were put on One leg at a time!!!

• The pinstripes were then applied to the pants.

Making the Chef Coat

• The chef coat was rolled out.

• Then applied to the body!

• Buttons get applied to the coat.

• Followed by more buttons

• Then the chef receives his prized gold medal!

The construction of a face.

• The face is molded from a piece of chocolate
  plastic
• (A tootsie roll type material).

• The mustache and mouth are formed and applied!

• Eyes are added

• Followed by the eyebrows

• And the ears!

• The head is then placed on the chefs body.

The Floor

• The floors tiles are rolled out

• And cut into square tiles

• Two colors of tiles are then laid into a
  checkerboard pattern.

• The first shoe is made and put on

• Followed by the second shoe and cuffs.

Wine barrels

• Chocolate is now melted and
• poured into styrofoam cups

• The cups are cut away

• And two molded pieces are put on top of each
  other

• Cuts are then made in the chocolate to resemble
  boards

• and chocolate rings are applied

The Finishing Touches

• The arms and hat are then added

• Followed by the chefs hands and wine barrels
• (complete with Llano Estacado barrel labels)

• A marble tabletop is then added along with a work
  piece resembling himself.
