Section 612(a)(16)(A) of IDEA
  • Requires that

    general State and districtwide assessment
    programswith appropriate accommodations and
    alternate assessments where necessary.

  • Requires that states make available

    participating in regular assessments, and the

Section 618 of IDEA

    reading or language arts and, beginning with the
    2007-08 school year, science.
