3Section 612(a)(16)(A) of IDEA
- Requires that

participating in regular assessments, and the
number of those children who were provided
accommodations in order to participate in those

- implement yearly assessments in mathematics,
reading or language arts and, beginning with the
2007-08 school year, science.

- Requires state to include in their Annual
- State Report Card
- (i) information, in the aggregate, on student
achievement at each proficiency level on the
State academic assessments described in
subsection (b)(3) (disaggregated by disability
status) - and
- (iii) the percentage of students not tested
(disaggregated by the same categories).
