Volume
Business Center (BC)
Active and Qualified
Active -Purchased a Distributor Kit -Current
on their annual renewal fees (if beyond their
first year). -All the rights and privileges of a
distributor (can resell products, enroll others,
attend functions, etc.). Qualified -An Active
distributor who has also met the qualifications
to earn commissions and bonuses. -An "Active"
distributor may not be "Qualified", but all
Qualified distributors must be Active.
BV  Business VolumeThis is the amount assigned
to each product and represents the amount that
all bonuses and commissions will be calculated on
for that product. PWV Personal Wholesale
Volume This is the total combined wholesale
dollar volume (not BV) of a Distributor's
personal purchases and that Distributor's
personally sponsored Retail Customers and
Preferred Customers. Distributors must meet PWV
qualifications every 4 weeks (not monthly).
Your business center is where you are personally
placed within the Monatau organization. We may
also refer to your business center as a position
in the organization. A Maxed (Maxed Out)
Business Center (BC) that has achieved the
maximum commissionable 20,000 in BV in both legs,
thus has reached its maximum commission point.

Retail Bonus A Retail Bonus of 20 will be paid
on any amount of PWV a distributor accumulates
that is in excess of 120.00 during a 4 week
cycle after their first initial order.

3 Fast Start Bonus A Fast Start Bonus (FSB)
will be paid to the sponsor of a new personally
enrolled distributor, on their first time order
only, of one of the three pre-designed
packages. Example 120 Package 25 FSB

Binary/Two Legged Downline Binary Commissions
are based on the total BV in a distributors
lesser leg of their two legged downline. A 15
commission will be paid to a distributor on their
lesser leg volume during a two week pay cycle, up
to 20,000 BV maximum per pay cycle. Example If
a distributor has 10,000 BV in their right leg
and 7,500 BV in their left leg during a two week
cycle, their left leg is the weaker leg and will
be paid 15 of 7,500 BV which calculates a
1,125.00 commission during that two week cycle.
When commissions are paid out on the weak leg
during this cycle the total BV in the weak leg
and the same amount in the strong leg are
flushed. Any BV left in the strong leg is carried
over to the next pay cycle.

Matching Bonuses Distributors earn a 75, dollar
for dollar, matching bonus on the Binary
Commissions earned by each and every person they
personally sponsor, no matter what level they are
on (even hundreds of levels deep in the Binary
Tree. In addition, Distributors also earn a 20
matching bonus on the Binary Commissions earned
by each and every person sponsored by those that
they sponsor (second generation)- no matter what
level they are on. Lastly, Distributors also earn
a 5 matching bonus on the Binary Commissions
earned by each and every person personally
sponsored by those which earn a 20 match on
(third generation)- no matter what level they are
on. Example a. 75 match on distributor A
who you sponsored (1st generation) b. 20 match
on distributor B who was sponsored by A (2nd
generation) c. 5 match on distributor C who
was sponsored by B (3rd generation)

Unilevel Bonus The Unilevel Bonus applies to
the first 40BV of every order (after the first
initial order). All BV over 40 is applied to
Binary Commissions (added to the appropriate
leg). 25 of the 40 BV is paid to the sponsor
(10.00). 15 of the 40 BV is paid to the
sponsors sponsor or second generation upline.

Leadership Bonus Pools Bonus Pool A - A
distributor may earn one share in 1 of the total
company BV for the 2 week pay period. A share is
earned by accumulating at least 5,000 BV in both
left and right legs during the 2 week pay period
that Binary Commissions are being calculated.
This is known as Quarter Maxing since 20,000 BV
is the maximum amount of volume in each leg
eligible for commissions. Bonus Pool B- A
distributor may earn an additional one share in
2 of the total company BV for the 2 week pay
period. A share is earned by accumulating at
least 10,000 BV in both right and left legs
during the 2 week pay period that the Binary
Commissions are being calculated. This is known
as Half Maxing. Distributor continues to earn
the Bonus Pool A share as well. Bonus Pool C- A
Distributor may earn a share of 3 of the total
company BV for the 2 week pay period by Full
Maxing, 20,000BV in both right and left legs
during the 2 week pay period. When Full
Maxing, a Distributor also continues to earn a
share in both Bonus Pool A and Bonus Pool B, in
addition to Bonus Pool C.
Reentries- Upon Maxing Out a sales center by
achieving 20,000 BV in both legs during a 2
week pay period, a distributor will receive a
Reentry Business Center which they may place in
any open position in their downline. Each
reentry position, if maxed out, may also produce
up to two reentry positions. Distributors
will earn Matching Bonuses on each of their
new reentry positions.
