IMS HISTOLOGY CORE FACILITY

• Two research version Leica/Bond autostainers are
  now installed in the IMS, R2.08. These 'robots'
  provide fully automated IHC and ISH from de-wax
  retrieval through to counterstained, ready for
  coverslipping.
• Being 'open' instruments, in-house
  antibodies/probes and detection reagents can be
  used. Alternatively, we have the BOND kits
  available for use with the autostainers if
  preferred.
