    what constitutes quality teaching
  • Framework is longitudinal and focused on
    development
  • Staff use the framework to build a Portfolio over
    their career at UWA
  • Portfolio used to inform multiple purposes. Eg
    PDR, Promotion etc

    portfolio and assists in identifying development
    directions and needs
