After you are accepted at WWU
  • Apply to the College of Business Economics (and
    declare major) http//www.cbe.wwu.edu
  • Applicants who have completed the equivalent of
    the 7 foundation courses with at least a 2.75 GPA
    or who have at least a 2.50 cumulative GPA will
    be assured admission if space is available in the
    program of choice.

Major Status if accepted to CBE
  • Pre-major if have not completed 7 foundation
    courses assigned a faculty advisor, but can not
    take upper level accounting classes
  • Provisional major if taking last of the 7
    foundation courses can register for upper level
    courses, but must pass foundation courses in
    order to take the courses
  • Full major if foundation courses have been
    completed start on your major courses!(This is
    what you want to be able to do!)
