• Setting Targets Achieving Results (STAR)

  setting for four quality measures (QMs)

• Percentile ranking- What high performing homes
  are achieving nation wide
• Percentage of improvement how much do want to

Achievable Benchmarks of Care (ABC)

• ABC-30 -the average of the best scores achieved
  by nursing homes in which 30 of the nations
  residents population reside
• ABC-50 -the average of the best scores achieved
  by nursing homes in which 50 of the nations
  residents population reside
