Rim Joist Track Installation

• The 5.5 inch metal rim joist track is installed
  around the upper interior wall perimeter.
• This is the support attachment for the second
  story flooring and eliminates door window wall
  headers.

Double 2 x 6 Rim Joist is installed within the
metal Rim Joist track Time required 2 hours.

Interior Wall Framing

• Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom pre-framed walls
  are secured to floor and wall framing members
  before placement of end wall.
• Time required two men three hours.

Final Wall Panel Placement.

• Panels meet in final corner to close the wall
  framing.
• Outside view of the four foot window module.
• Time required to frame exterior walls two men
  three hours.

Completed Interior Exterior Walls

• Exterior and interior walls are placed and
  secured to bottom tracks.
• Total time to this point Two men 16 hours.

Second Floor Framing
2x6 framing members placed 24 inches on center
for Second floor.

Second floor sheathing

• Second floor framed and sheathed( ¾ inch plywood
  sub flooring)
• Roof track placed around perimeter of second
  floor.
