VISION
By 2012 Hampton Roads is a nexus for unmanned
systems (air, land, maritime) innovation where
governments (national, state, local), armed
forces, business, and academia from around the
world research, develop, experiment, and
operationalize unmanned systems technologies for
public and private sector applications
