Deadlines

• there is no general deadline for the submission
  of the OUAC 105 application
• deadlines vary from institution to institution
• deadlines are often program specific
• list of deadlines is provided on most
  universities pages
• unless otherwise specified, the deadline date
  listed indicates the date by which the
  application must arrive at the OUAC.

Transcripts

• a record of your academic performance
• used in determining transfer credit or advanced
  standing
• it is your responsibility to arrange for official
  transcripts to be forwarded to the universities
  to which you have applied

• 3 university and/or program choices 105 (115 if
  address outside of Canada)

  may also be applicable
• may use this application to apply to more than
  one university in Ontario.

• Transcript Request Fee
• 8 - For each transcript requested (i.e. for each
  institution receiving the transcript). 
• Note NO FEES are required for transcripts
  originating FROM institutions that have a
  lifetime transcript fee agreements Humber
  included.

• Supplemental/Document Evaluation Fee(Collected
  by OUAC on behalf of the universities).
• To be paid by applicants selecting programs at
  the specified universities.
• This fee is payable only once to each university
  selected, including affiliates. See individual
  university information pages and the chart below

in order to indicate how different universities
and even different programs within the same
university offer a different number of transfer
credits for the same Humber program.

GENERAL ARTS SCIENCE DIPLOMA (2 yr)

• Algoma University CollegeSault Ste. Marie,
  Ontario
• Humber graduates with an A average (80) or
  higher will be eligible to receive 42 transfer
  credits towards a 3 or 4 year Bachelor of Arts.
• Graduates with a B average (70-79) will receive
  24 credits and a C average (65-69) will receive
  12 credits.

• Graduates with an A average (80) or higher will
  be eligible to receive 36 transfer credits
  towards a 3 year Bachelor of Science in Liberal
  Science.
• Graduates with a B average (70-79) will receive
  24 credits and a C average (65-69) will receive
  12 credits
• (30 credits are equivalent to approximately one
  year - 6 credits x 5 courses).

• Graduates with a GPA of 3.0 (70) or better and
  the prerequisite courses will be considered for
  admission and, depending on the appropriateness
  and the admission requirements of the chosen

  maximum of 5 credits (equivalent to one year).
• OAC, Grade 12 U/M or equivalent prerequisites are
  required for admission to programs with math and
  science prerequisites.

• University of GuelphGuelph, Ontario
• Humber graduates with a GPA of 3.0 (B or 75) or
  better who have OAC/Grade 12 U/M or equivalent
  Mathematics and English will be admitted to the
  Hotel and Food Administration major of the
  Bachelor of Commerce program with 6 transfer
  credits (2.5 credits are equivalent to one
  semester).
• Up to 5 places will be made available annually.
