  • Only one microphone worked. Needed to call AV
  • Reception
  • Changed location
  • Signs very poor, people confused
  • Hotel should assign someone to direct people if
    they require move
  • Good location right across from panel discussion
  • PDC and NEMI speakers breakfast
  • Split into two rooms with no notice or signs
  • Changes need to be communicated
  • Need start of day briefing

  • Had problems with computer hookup. Seemed to be a
    computer issue but worked when tested in authors
    room
  • Cost out PCs for sessions
  • USB stick solution for 10 could sell as sponsor
    logo sponsorship
  • Publications done for PDC late and some authors
    needed to bring copies
  • Books stolen from PDC rooms during lunch
  • Room changes are a problem. We publish a list and
    changes occur every day
