What is the Combined Sciences Center?

• The CSC is a Colorado Tax Exempt group located
  at the CSU-Pueblo Observatory site dedicated to
  obtaining, installing, and maintaining scientific
  equipment related to and complementary of space
  observation, cosmic events, terrestrial weather,
  seismic events, earth sciences and radio
  propagation. The project integrates math,
  science, research activity including reading and
  writing, technology, and social responsibility
  within global setting.

Mission

• Expose participants to new technology and
  science.
• Build technical systems to motivate gifted junior
  high, high school, and college students in the
  building, maintaining and research systems at the
  center.
• Investigate and experiment with related systems
  to foster understanding and appreciation for
  science and technical systems philosophy.
• Act as an umbrella management and control
  organization to facilitate and coordinate
  research between the individual scientific
  elements.
