Identifying Tasks

• Using PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) techniques
  identify major issues and solutions
• Requires the formation of a small steering group

• Fast Track Physiotherapy ?

• Backschool- arranged to fit in with work loading
• Possibly 2 X 6 week X1hr sessions

Physiotherapy

• Consider fast tracking anyone with a back injury
• Physiotherapy most effective within 6 weeks of an
  injury
• NHS average waiting time - 8 weeks
