Our goals - to determine the spectrum of action
of this molecular tool to induce cell death Does
the MVaf induce death in other kinds of melanoma
cell lines? - to get more data that this death
is apoptosis Does this death depend on caspases?
cytochrome c ? Apaf-1? - does the in
vitro interaction of MVaf/DLC2 occur with the two
other family members (MVb or MVc)?
