• We aim to provide more care in more local,

  work with the Royal Colleges to define clinically
  safe pathways within primary care for
  dermatology, ear, nose and throat medicine,
  general surgery, orthopaedics, urology and
  gynaecology. We will achieve this partly by
  introducing a new generation of community
  hospitals and facilities with strong ties to
  social care.
