Front Desk Duties (AM)

• Check out guests
• Pre block incoming guests in rooms and then make
  keys for the evening staff
• Take reservations
• Talk to housekeeping about possible discrepancies
  in the computer

Front Desk Duties (PM)

• Check in guests
• Prepare Priority Club envelopes for the day staff
• Print and file registration cards
• Bucket check
• Set wake up calls
