This is a small
raindrop of size
smaller that 1mm
Radius.

The pressure of the
air push up against
the bottom of the
drop as it falls.

When the drop is small
as 1mm, surface tension
wins and pulls the drops
into a spherical shape.

With increasing size,
to 2mm, the fall velocity
increases and the
pressure acts on the
bottom increases,
the drop becomes flatten.

When the size
increases to 3 mm.
It even develops
a depression.

When the radius
exceeds about 4mm,
the depression grows
almost explosively to
form a bag with an
annular water ring.

Finally, it breaks
