Player Release

• Difficult at times to get certain clubs to
  release their players for the internationals
• Friendly's are especially difficult.
• Friendly games are a very important part of our
  preparation. They are not meaningless. I get so
  little time with the players that I need to see
  them in training and match situations Fabio

Tournaments

• Tournaments/Dates/Scheduling
• Again very difficult. Clubs sometimes
• dont want to release the players and will
• tell you all sorts of things as to why they
• are unavailable to represent their country.
• Then you get the players themselves
• calling the office and asking why they are
• not in the squad, and informing you that
• they are fit to play.
