each Section (DEPARTMENT POLICY) and subsection
(Assets Defined).

5A change bar allows the reader to see where
changes were made in this version. All new text
is reverse highlighted and a vertical bar is
displayed in the right margin.
6From the menu, click on Special gt Last Changed
Detail.
The pop up displays the Effective Date (revision
date) for EACH paragraph and a Bulletin link to
read about the reason for the change.
View Last Changed Detail for each paragraph on
each page in each item.
When reading State facilitated cases, managers or
auditors must see when policy changed to know if
staff completed timely actions without reverting
to historical policy.
7Point-in-Time - Current, future and historical
content is required by all users. Access to
historical policy is needed for 10 years.
The Effective Date defaults to the current
policy. Change the date to view historical policy.
Click on the drop-down arrow to display a
calendar.
8Use the back and forward arrows or click on the
month to display a list of months.
Click on year to display up and down arrows.
9Reset the calendar to current policy.
10Search an entire manual group, a single manual or
a combination of groups/manuals for a key word or
phrase.
Select Program Policy from the group list, OR
type Program Policy in the Group field.
11Type in a word or phrase OR select from the
drop-down of previous searches. Select the Search
button.
12- OLM Search Results report - A printable
summary of all matches and locations. - OLM Search Results panel - Links to the
matches.

13Using the buttons, link directly from the results
pop up to the phrase in each location. The
