WHAT IS WiLS?

• Organization created by libraries in 1972 to
  facilitate library cooperation and resource
  sharing
• Organized as an Independent, Not-for-Profit
  corporation
• Based in Madison, in Memorial Library on the UW
  Madison campus

Who Are WiLS Members?

• Academic all 26 UW campuses Plus 12 Special
  campus libraries all 29 Private Colleges all
  Technical Colleges
• Public 215 libraries either as individual
  members or through Group Memberships through
  their Public Library System
