COMPETITIVNESS To promote knowledge sharing and
personal development among its members as the way
to improve product quality and commercial

promote associate members coffee in the national
and international market as a means to access
improved business opportunities.

Mission
To empower women leaders in the Guatemalan coffee
industry by granting them the necessary tools to
become competitive at the national and
international level, aiming to provide them,
their children and their communities with a
sustainable livelihood.

  • Women coffee growers (individual or cooperatives)
    and exporters who are managing a production unit
    and are registered in ANACAFE
  • Roasters and coffee shop owners
  • Women who actively work at export companies
  • Every woman who works in any link of the
    Guatemalan coffee chain (baristas, cuppers, etc.)
