  • STPI formed the Strategic Business Alliance with

    location, STPI has got the commercial VSAT
    license.

National Internet Exchange of India
  • STPI has set-up Internet Exchange points in
    India.
  • This would enable exchange of domestic Internet
    Traffic within NIXI.
  • STPI has made available the infrastructure at
    four locations at
  • NOIDA, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Chennai
  • The internet exchange point in Noida(Delhi),
    Mumbai and Chennai
  • are already commissioned.

The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team
(CERT-In) is being set up under the aegis of
Ministry of Communication and Information
Technology (MCIT), Department of Information
Technology (DIT) to ensure that Indias
information assets such as strategic,
commercial, financial and Government are provided

protected to counter threats to its resources and
