• Mobilized RC Officers no longer incur a 2 year
  AD obligation for using TA
• RC Officers will incur a 4 year obligation
  beyond completion of course
• Enlisted personnel may incur a 4 year
  obligation beyond completion of course
• Transferability of MGIB benefits
• MGIB 1606 REAP 1607 enhancements
• REAP eligibility after service
