IWO northern area would like to invite members
and their families to Christmas lunch at the
Pavilion Hotel 45 Main Street, Fulford, York.
YO10 4PJ Chefs homemade honey roast parsnip
soup, served with parsnip crisps Pressed ham
hock terrine wrapped in savoy cabbage leaves,
with winter chutney Grilled goats cheese and
black olive tapanade tart, with a tomato and
oregano dressing Traditional roast turkey with
chipolata wrapped in bacon, thyme and garlic
stuffing, roast gravy and cranberry sauce Pan
fried fillet of sea bream, spring onion potato
cake, dill and white wine cream sauce Roast rump
of lamb celeriac puree, shallot and red wine jus
Cranberry, chestnut and spinach gruyere
tartlet Traditional Pavilion Christmas pudding,
