Cave Art has been found around the world from
Europe, Australia, Africa, and China, as well as
other places.

In September 1940, four teenage boys found an
underground path and discovered paintings of
animals on the cave walls.

Cave art depicted animals, but also included
humans, weapons, and symbols.

The color black dominates most of the paintings.
Other colors that used were red, yellow, maroon
and violet.

Aborigines made pictures of mythical beings,
humans, birds, animals, fish, reptiles and animal
tracks as well as more abstract designs.
