The programme
The underlying philosophy - understanding the
relationship between occupation (meaningful
activity), health and well-being

The American programme
  • Two hour weekly group session delivered by
    occupational therapists over a nine month period
    based on a series of themes
  • A monthly visit from the facilitator to support
    the person and help them to identify and pursue
    their individual goals
